Students can submit an application via the Erasmus+ App by following the step-by-step process below:
1. First, they should fill in their academic details, e.g. their Home HEI and Faculty, to see all the available destinations.
Reminder: Students can apply to transfer only to HEIs that have signed an IIA with their home institute.
2. They can learn more about their potential host HEIs (e.g. application calendar) as they browse through each HEI’s information/options and rank their choices by their preference.
3. Students can see the Sending and Receiving HEI’s requirements and upload all the documents that are needed. After that, they can submit their applications.
4. Students will receive a notification, if any changes are made to their application.
