I do not have access to the Mobitilies (OLA 3.0) section (Access denied error)

If you see the message: “Access is denied: The Online Learning Agreement data is managed by another party in the EWP Network” instead, you should change your EWP Settings accordingly. 

Please open the EWP Settings page and save “Yes” at the third question “Should the Dashboard represent your higher education institution in the EWP Network for the purpose of enabling the electronic exchange of the Online Learning Agreement information?”. 

Please, refresh the page in order to confirm that your change has been saved. After 15-20 minutes you should be able to exchange data regarding OLAs in the EWP Network. 

Important note: If you are currently managing OLAs via a third-party provider or an in-house system, you should first deactivate all the necessary APIs on your provider’s side.
