I can’t find an OLA that was recently handled by me

If you cannot see your students' OLA, either you are not using a restrictive filtering option or the OLA has been rejected either by the sending or the receiving institution.

By default, the Student List now only shows OLA for the current academic year, so this may lead to some or even all OLA to be "hidden". To see them, you just need to change the filtering option. To make sure you are seeing all OLA, you may want to select the most wide option, "All academic years".

In case the OLA has probably been rejected by you. It is expected to “miss” LAs that were rejected by you/your institution. The rejected LAs are temporarily not visible in the Dashboard. The signatures flow re-starts since the LA is available for the student’s review and further changes. These OLAs will be visible in the Mobility (OLA 3.0) Outgoing / Incoming Students lists again when all necessary signatures are provided.
