Default IIA Data aren’t visible inside IIAs and/or can’t be retrieved by our partners

Regardless of whether you have filled in all necessary information about your HEI’s factsheet data, there’s a scenario that the default IIA Data aren’t visible inside IIAs and/or can’t be retrieved by your partners.

To resolve this error, please open the EWP Settings page and save “Yes” at the first question “Do you agree that the Dashboard represents your higher education institution in the EWP Network to exchange the static information for inter-institutional agreements with your partners?”. 

Please, refresh the page in order to confirm that your change has been saved. After 15-20 minutes you should be able to exchange data regarding IIAs in the EWP Network.
