How to cancel an Erasmus Dashboard account?
If you no longer wish to use the Erasmus Dashboard services you can request your main institutional account to be canceled by reaching out via helpdesk or writing us to dashboard@uni-foundation.eu.
Such a request to remove a Higher Education Institution from the Erasmus Dashboard needs to be submitted by the Main Account Holder, or if that is no possible, by a colleague delegated and proving the affiliation with the said Higher Education Institution to carry out such an action.
The staff accounts can be removed by the main institutional account holder or any other staff member with corresponding permissions to manage the Accounts & Access to Erasmus Dashboard at the given HEI.
