When do I receive a notification for an OLA?

As the Sending HEI, you receive a notification every time the student signs its OLA, no matter how many times it may be rejected. Every time the student makes changes and signs its OLA, you do receive a notification that it’s ready for you to sign it.

As the Receiving HEI however, you receive a notification only the first time the OLA is being received in Dashboard after the Sending’s signature. From then and after, if for example you decline the OLA and then is signed again by the student and the sending HEI, you will not receive a new notification. The coordinators must check manually for changes on already once declined OLAs.
