You can open an IIA just by clicking on it on the IIA List view:
In the IIA’s Single View you can find:
IIA Information: IIA’s main details
General Info: main details about your and the partner’s HEI
Your Data: the default data (also known as factsheet) of your HEI
Partner Data: the default data (also known as factsheet) of your partner’s HEI
Conditions: the IIA’s conditions that you signed with your partner
IIA Information
The IIA Information section contains the main IIA info:
Your ID: Your Hei’s IIA ID
Partner ID: Your partner’s IIA ID
Partner: Your partner’s HEI full name
Last Edited: The date when the last changes applied to the IIA
Status: The IIA’s status
If the partner HEI is not using EWP Dashboard to manage its IIAs, you will see a message at the bottom of the IIA Information panel. This message informs you that the Partner ID that appears is different in the third-party provider’s system.
Export an IIA
You can export the IIA just by clicking on the right file icon:
After that, the IIA opens in a new browser window where you can download it as a pdf document.
General Info
The General Info tab contains details about your and your partner’s HEI.
Your Data & Partner Data
Your data and Partner Data show the IIA Default data of each HEI (also known as factsheets). Staff members with respective rights can always edit and update these info in the Default IIA Data menu, that is accesible through this link (soon will be integrated in the enhanced EWP Dashboard).
Calendar: due dates for nominations for each semester (spring & autumn)
Additional Requirements
Inclusion and Accessibility: contact information of staff that will provide support to incoming participants with special needs
Housing: contact information of staff that will provide support to students in finding accommodation
Visa: contact information of staff that will provide assistance in securing visas for incoming and outbound mobile participants
Insurance: contact information of staff that will provide assistance in obtaining insurance for incoming and outbound mobile participants
Additional Information: contact information of staff that will provide assistance for incoming and outbound mobile participants
Conditions
In this tab you can find all the cooperation conditions added by both HEIs.
Conditions are divided according to:
Mobility type: this field can take one the four following values
Student Mobility
Student Traineeship
Staff Teacher
Staff Training
Sending⮕Receiving HEI
Study Fields: the ISCED Codes of mobility’s study fields
You can view more details about all conditions just clicking on each one at a time. The available information are divided in five sections:
HEIs: the SCHAC Code and full name of the Sender and Receiving HEI are listed
Condition Details:
Mobility Type
Duration: mobility's duration in months
Academic Years: the period of academic years during which mobility has been agreed
EQF Level: the acceptable levels of study as defined by the European Qualifications Framework (EQF) for the particular mobility
Spots: number of students allowed to transfer
Language Requirements
Language: the required language, indicated with the abbreviation of the corresponding country, and level of profession
Study Field: list of all study fields, given with ISCED Codes, for which the language requirement applies
Study Fields: list of all study fields, given with ISCED Codes, for which the condition applies
