Access
You can Access the IIA Manager (IIAM) by clicking on IIA<IIA List from the far left menu in the enhanced EWP Dashboard:
Default View
When accessing the IIA List tool, all initiated IIAs are displayed starting from the last-edited agreement. Αt the top of the page, the total agreements’ number is shown:
In the default view, IIAs are organized in a table format, with the following headers:
Your ID: the IIA ID of the logged in user’s HEI
Partner ID: the corresponding partner’s IIA ID
Partner: the partner HEI’s full name
Last Edited: date the last changes applied to the IIA
Status: state of the IIA
At the bottom of the page, there’s a navigation tool to browse the IIA list. Note that only three page numbers are shown every time:
Color Indexes - Visibility of IIA's Status
At the left side of every IIA entry, a colored bar index has been added that declares the entry’s status.
There are 4 different color indexes and each one corresponds to a unique IIA state. In the following table, you can see the successive statuses of an IIA and the corresponding color indicators:

A. If you are the creator of the IIA:
