This section contains descriptions of typical errors and countermeasures. We hope it will help to recognise possible flows in the implementation that providers may not be aware of. Shown solutions may help them to correct their software. The examples are gathered from the Service Desk tickets, errors generated by the network servers and reported to the Stats portal by the network clients, and emails sent to the technical team of the EWP network. Some of the errors and issues were experienced by the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki during testing sessions under proactive debugging action.
