As we have reached the milestone when all Online Learning Agreements and Inter-institutional Agreements are exchanged via the EWP only - please note the following updates in the exchange of Erasmus+ data.
The EWP Connection
All HEIs need to be connected to the EWP Network to exchange the OLAs or IIAs via the Erasmus Dashboard.
If you would like to use the Erasmus Dashboard to exchange OLAs/IIA via the EWP - please enable the EWP Settings for the corresponding API. It will take less than 2 min, yet is the key step that needs to be made to ensure the data can be exchanged - otherwise your HEI is “invisible” to the partners and cannot exchange the data via EWP through the Erasmus Dashboard.

Exchanging OLAs and IIAs via EWP
The transition to data exchange solely via EWP Network will be a seamless one for the Erasmus Dashboard users. As from mid-June you will only be able to exchange IIA and OLA data with partners connected to the EWP Network, the Erasmus Dashboard ecosystem has been adjusted to notify you (and your students) when such exchange is not possible as of yet.
This small change is a very big step towards establishing a secure and interoperable Erasmus+ data system, since it will mean each HEI will send and receive their Erasmus+ data through the software solution of their choice, not having to constantly change between systems!
