If you are trying wish to access your personal staff account and (not the main institutional account), please note that you should have been registered given access by your International Relations or Erasmus Office (or from somebody else in your institutionthe responsible person who holds the main institutional account of your HEI).

If this is the case, (i.e. you are not supposed to be the main institutional account holder that manages users and permissions, but that cannot sign OLAs) and you have tried registering but you thought otherwise and tried to register yourself using the registration page for institutions, you are not registered and will not be able to do so because your HEI has already been registered. In addition, if you try the "Forgot your passport" function on our login page, you will not receive any the reset email message because you are not registered. You need to contact your central IRO or the institutional account holder and ask them to register create a staff account for you on the platform first.
