Permissions in Accounts and Access
An IRO can manage the Applications only if the Applications for Erasmus+ permission has been added to his role via the Accounts and Access section.

Applications Settings

IROs can set the maximum number of HEIs a student can add to an application and the time frame/deadline in which students will be able to fill an application.

First, login to enhanced EWP Dashboard and go to Applications menu section.

In the Application Settings tab are two fields:

  1. Number of HEIs: change the maximum number of HEIs a student can add to an application (in order of preference) using the drop-down element.

  2. Application Period: set for each semester the time span in which students can fill an application.

Requirements (Optional)

You can enable or add any requirement, that you want the students to meet in order to complete an application, by activating the corresponding switches on the left. Click on the arrow icon on the right to edit the detailts of each requirement.
