The Revert IIA button allows you to undo your latest action in case you changed you mind and return the IIA copy to its latest Approved by all status. The button is located at the bottom right in the Single View of the IIA:
The option to perform this action is only available in certain cases.
When the IIA is in Approved by all status and then terminated by either of the partners (statuses: Terminated by You or Terminated by Partner), the Revert IIA button is active and allows you to “undo” the termination and revert it to the previous Approved by All status.
When the IIA is in Approved by all status and then modified by either of the partners (statuses: Submitted by You or Submitted by Partner), the Revert IIA button is active again and allows you to “undo” the modifications (yours or the partner’s) and revert it to the previous Approved by All status.
When the IIA is in Termination Approved by All status and then modified by either of the partners (statuses: Submitted by You or Submitted by Partner), the Revert IIA button is active too allowing you to “undo” the modifications (yours or the partner’s) and revert it to the previous Termination Approved by All status.
The EWP Dashboard keeps a backup of the latest Approved by All or Termination Approved by All copy of the IIA and therefore the actions after can be undone and revert the IIA copy as it was when it was last mutually approved.
