Who is implementing the European Student Identifier?

On the one hand service providers can allow access to online services based on the European Student Identifier. This is currently the case for services such as the Online Learning Agreement, the Erasmus+ App, PhD Hub... Students from institutions supporting the European Student Identifier, can easily login using the credentials (account) from their home institution to these online services.
