AUP Enforcement Escalation: Public List
As outlined in Appendix 1 of the AUP Enforcement Principles, the penultimate escalation measure for providers that fail to engage with the Rules, Principles, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) of the EWP network is inclusion on a public list.
This measure is intended to keep the EWP community informed of ongoing compliance issues and to support transparency across the network.
The steps for escalation required to be included on the list below are as follows:
EWP Consortium made contact by email to the official contact of the provider in order to clarify the issue(s) and assist in resolving the situation in cooperation with the provider concerned in a reasonable time frame.
The concerned provider did not actively collaborate to resolve a clear violation of the AUP.
The provider was put on formal notice about the violation of the AUP and given a fixed time to rectify to issue.
The provider put on notice for AUP violations is now identified on a public list in order to keep the EWP constituency informed about the situation.
If no further progress is made, the final escalation will be exclusion from the network.
