In-house providers step-by-step
This section contains detailed presentation, step by step, with screenshots from the DEV Registration Portal, the actions the in-house system provider needs to perform to create an account in the Registration Portal, upload the Collaboration Agreement, add their the manifest files.
 Select Log in as HEI. On the Login page of MyAcademicID select your institution. Then you will be redirected to the institutional authorisation system.  Enter your credentials If you are an institutional EWP admin, you will be redirected to the EWP Registration Portal. |
You now have a HEI user account in the system. |
If you are an in-house provider, enter the Register in-house provider window and enter provider details. DO NOT register in-house provider if you are using only 3rd-party mobility software. |
Upload the Collaboration Agreement (MoU) in the MoU window. You will get an email when the MoU Administrator counter-signs the MoU and uploads it to the portal. |
Upload your manifests in the Manifests window. You will get information about errors (if any) in the Log panel. |
Provider APIs are verified by the RP administrator in the Reviewer role. |
Those of your manifests that are Confirmed and Verified will be exported to the Registry in the manifest sources file. |
