Date Event Summary 28/01/2025 29/01/2025 Consultation workshop in Brussels on the next steps of the European Student Card Initiative This workshop is tailored for technical colleagues leading the work on connecting their student mobility management systems to EWP. The goals of the meeting will be to further build on the discussions that already took place at the Infrastructure Forum and bilaterally with DG EAC to:  establish a better understanding of the upcoming changes in ESCI Phase II;  provide space to ask questions and give feedback about the Phase II plans;  exchange insights on challenges and solutions;  collaborate and shape the future of seamless interconnectivity within the Erasmus+ ecosystem. 

Date Event Summary 19/02/2024 20/02/2024 Workshop in Thessaloniki Over 50 participants took part in the workshops (remotely and on-site) organised at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, among whom were representatives of the EWP Dashboard, 3rd-party providers, and in-house solutions. The event was focused on testing the major version upgrade of inter-institutional agreements (IIAs - v7.0.0) with different systems.The number of testing sessions performed during the workshop was 25.

Date Event Summary 30/03/2023 31/03/2023 Workshop in Thessaloniki More than 100 participants registered for the workshop, on-site and remote. The mobility software providers had an excellent opportunity to test their implementations, real-time, in an open and friendly environment, where issues encountered could be addressed without delays on the spot by the participating development teams. More than 30 testing sessions took place during the 2-day workshop. Testing partners were urged by the hosts to record their testing sessions, and provide feedback on how the testing session went, in a collaborative manner, in a spreadsheet, shared among all participants during the workshop. 03/10/2023 04/10/2023 Workshop in Warsaw for the mobility software providers, implementing version 6.3.0 and 7.0.0 of IIAs Over 50 participants took part in the workshops (both remotely and on-site) organised at the University of Warsaw, among whom were representatives of the EWP Dashboard, 3rd-party providers, and in-house solutions. The event was focused on testing the inter-institutional agreements (IIAs) functionality with different systems. Moreover, IT colleagues had a chance to discuss their doubts and issues concerning the upcoming IIA functionality updates in the EWP network with the EWP consortium.
