How to add a Third Party Processor to my institution.

Adding a Third Party Processor(3PP) to your institution is an easy process.

To do it, please keep in mind that your organisation should have the “Active” status and that your user must have the “Functional Administrator” role on the ESC-R.


You can check your organisation status on the “Organisations” tab on the left side menu inside the ESC-R, there you will find your organisation status.

To add a 3PP, now click on the “Pencil” icon on the right side, that will lead you to the “Organisation Information” screen:

There you will be able to search the 3PP you want for your organisation, start writing on the “Processors” box, select the one you want for your organisation, and then click on submit.

You will see this prompt on the bottom of the screen.

After adding a 3PP, you will need to review and accept the JCA document again. For that, go to the “Organisations” tab on the left side menu inside the ESC-R, there you will find your organisation status as “Inactive” but also you will see a “stamp” icon on the right side of your organisation details.

Click on it, and you will start the process of reviewing and accepting the legal documents, once that is done, the 3PP will be able to start working and managing cards on behalf of your organisation.
