How to create a card
Inside the ESC-R, under the “Documentation” tab, you can find all the necessary documentation for your IT department to connect your institution Card Management System to the ESC-R and uploading the card data to the router.
Alternatively, you can go to “European Student Cards” → “Import cards”. There you could find a .CSV file template that can be used to upload cards to the ESC-R
If your wish to individually manage and create cards, under “European Student Cards” first go to “Cardolders”, click on “+ New” to add the student, please note that here you need an European Student Identifier (ESI) that identification is not provided by the us, as it is also used by other parts of the Erasmus+ initiative. Fill all the mandatory data and click on “Submit”
After adding the student, you can create a card by going to “European Student Cards” → “Card Management“ → “+ New” fill all the mandatory data and click on “Submit”
After this, on the tab “European Student Cards” → “Card Management“ you could see all the cards associated with your institution. On the right side of each card data, you will see two icons, an eye and a pencil.
The eye icon will allow you to see the card, including the logo containing the QR Code. you can download the image to be incorporated on your cards (both physical and digital)
