The EWP Settings menu is located at the bottom left of the enhanced EWP Dashboard page. You will need the permission EWP Settings assigned to your Role to access this section.

Activating connection

In order to activate the EWP Network data exchange functionality of Online Learning Agreement or Inter-institutional Agreement data, you have log into Dashboard with an account with the sufficient permissions and check the respective boxes and click on the Save EWP Settings button at the bottom of the page.

For a HEI to be fully represented in EWP by Dashboard, all four APIs-boxes need to be checked.

Please note that it may take several minutes for the updated status to be reflected in the EWP Registry.

Deactivating connection

If you no longer wish to be represented in the EWP Network by the EWP Dashboard, you can simply using an account with the appropriate permissions to deactivate all four APIs and click on Save EWP Settings button at the bottom of the page.

Please note that it may take several minutes for the updated status to be reflected in the EWP Registry.

Important Notice

Please note that deactivating each API will result in the loss of access to the corresponding agreements in the EWP Dashboard. For example, if you disable the IIA API, you will no longer be able to access your HEI's IIAs through the EWP Dashboard.

As there is no an official way at the moment for data migration from a provider to another in the EWP and to be sure you have your agreements as an archive, we recommend downloading them before leaving the EWP Dashboard, particularly focusing on mutually approved IIAs and fully signed OLAs. These agreements will remain valid, allowing mobilities to proceed. The EWP Dashboard provides the functionality to download IIAs and OLAs as PDF files, and the IIA list can be exported as a CSV file.
