As we have reached the milestone when From 12 June 2021 onwards all Online Learning Agreements and Inter-institutional Agreements in the EWP Dashboard are exchanged via the EWP Network only - please note the following updates in the exchange of users will thus notice some adjustments in how Erasmus+ data is exchanged.
The EWP Connection
If you would like All HEIs wishing to use the Erasmus EWP Dashboard to exchange OLAs/IIA via the EWP - please IIAs need to enable the EWP Settings for the corresponding API. It will take This is a simple task which requires no technical knowledge and that can be completed in less than 2 min, yet is the key step that needs to be made to ensure the data can be exchanged - otherwise your HEI is minutes. If this step is not completed your HEI remains “invisible” to the partners in the EWP Network and cannot exchange the data via EWP through the Erasmus EWP Dashboard.

Exchanging OLAs and IIAs via EWP
As from mid-12 June Erasmus EWP Dashboard usets users will only be able to exchange IIA and OLA data with partners connected to the EWP Network, the Erasmus EWP Dashboard ecosystem has been adjusted to notify you (and your students) when such exchange is not possible as of yet.
This small change is a very big step towards establishing a secure and interoperable Erasmus+ data system, since it will mean each HEI will send and receive their Erasmus+ data through the software solution of their choice, not having to constantly change between systems!
