Please check the How your institution can join the European Student Card page for detailed information.follow the steps below:

  1. To join the ESC-R, the authorised person for your organisation should either have a MyAcademicID or EU Login account or create one.

  1. Next, the authorised person should use that same email to complete the registration form, which can be found [HERE]. When filling out the registration form, you may need to choose between a European Commission Participant Identification Code (PIC, EU Funding & Tenders Portal) if you are a higher education institution or Public Authority or a VAT code if you are a third-party processor.

After you submit the registration form, the ESC support team will review your information and you will either receive an email confirming your user registration and inviting you to access the ESC-R, OR, will request additional information if necessary.

Upon first login to the ESC-R, you will be prompted to authenticate your account using either MyAcademicID or EU Login. Finally, once the legal representative logs in to the account, they will need to accept legal documents in the ESC-R so your organization can begin to issue and manage ESCs.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about the ESC.
