Collaboration Agreement (Memorandum of Understanding, MoU) determines the terms of use of the EWP (Development) Network and sets the conditions to link the provider’s external software to the EWP (Development) Network as well as the right to use the name and logo of EWP in its documentation.
...
MoU is signed by an in-house or 3rd party provider representative (could we specify here who that person should be or is it always clear for the providers?) and the EWP consortium.
The document signed first by your party needs to be uploaded by the EWP Admin in the DEV installation of the Registration Portal for countersigning by the EWP consortium. MoU signed by all the parties is shared via the same channel. Upon successful testing, the signed MoU needs to be uploaded also Only then, the account of the provider (in-house or 3rd party) will be active.
The same procedure applies in the PROD installation of the Registration Portal - the account of the provider will be activated only when the signed MoU (the document with all signatures available in the DEV Registration Portal) has been uploaded in the PROD Registration Portal.
